We can then give you an estimate on job cost and completion time based on your ideas and/or sketches. We can also help answer any questions you may have on financing options, site locations, traffic counts, etc.

Professional Plans

Once you are satisfied with the preliminary drawings, we can begin completion of the drawings we will need for permitting. These plans will contain all the details we have discussed and include all the specifications for colors and materials to be used. These drawings will include all requirements needed to obtain the legal permits for building. No matter how small the project, NEVER begin a construction project without drawings and details that you and your builder have discussed. Always get every detail in writing so that there will be no "surprises".

Breaking Ground
Once a contract is signed and plans are completed, we can begin the actual building process. This goes very quickly due to the detailed planning we have already accomplished. No need to wait on the client to pick out paint colors, brick color selection, etc.; all of these issues have been addressed. Our experience enables us to determine which areas of planning and construction can be costly due to untimely decision making. By addressing these areas early on, we can save you thousands of dollars. Soon your project is completed.

Completion
